How do I set up my payroll account?
Follow these step-by-step instructions to get started
1 Check Your Email
Shortly after getting hired, you should receive an email from [email protected]. The email will expire in 20 days of being sent so please create your account as soon as you can. Please check your spam folder before contacting help.
2 Login Credentials
Your username is in the email and if needed can be given to you by the office. The temporary password is the last four digits of your social security number. You will be prompted to change your password after your initial login.
3 Mobile App Access
Accessing your pay statements can be made even easier by downloading the HCMToGo app on your mobile device. Use the same username and password and 72016CR in the company short name field.

How can I view my pay information?

Wages on demand allows you the ability to get paid outside of the regular payroll dates.

To participate in this program you must be 16 years of age or older.

What is overtime?
Understanding overtime pay and calculations
⏱️ Overtime Threshold
40+ hours in a single workweek qualifies for overtime pay.
💰 Overtime Rate
1.5x your regular hourly rate for overtime hours.
📅 Work Week Definition
The established workweek begins at 12:01 a.m. on Monday and ends at 12:00 a.m. midnight on Sunday.
Important: Paid time off (PTO) including vacation, holiday, and sick days does not apply toward work time and are not included in overtime calculations.
Note: When required due to the needs of the business, you may be asked to work overtime.

📋 What PTO Covers
Cover vacation, illness or injury, appointments, emergencies or other situations that require time off from work. Starts accruing first day and can be used once you have accumulated at least 4 hours.
